What is the order of the sounds from dominating to holy shit?

Dominating, Rampage, Killing Spree, Monster Kill, Unstopable, Ultra Kill, Wicked Sick, Ludicrous Kill, Holy Shit... maybe?

Default configuration for quake sound from mani plugin is :

dominating : 4 kills
rampage : 6
killing spree : 8
monster kill : 10
unstoppable : 12
ultra kill : 14
god like : 16
wicked sick : 18
ludicrous : 20
holy shit : 24

yes it is kills without dying (but suicides dont count xD)
