Hernia - Update

Had my surgery for my epigastric hernia today. Came through just fine. I'm a little sore, but taking only Motrin has been fine so far. Can't lift any more than 10-15lbs for at least 4 weeks, but we'll get by. Can't drive until Monday or shower until Tuesday.  I was most nervous about the anesthesia as I have Mitral Valve Prolapse and had heard about cardiac arrest happening under anesthesia, but everything was just fine (obviously!)  Now I just have to heal up and I should be back hitting the weights in the gym by late September. By January, I plan on being bigger and stronger than ever.
