I personaly use a logitec extreme 3D pro joy stick in left hand and use the mouse for aim jump, crouch and sprint and reload. the stick for all wep changes wakling and shooting.....

I use a keyboard with a Mx1000 Logitech. More precise than a pad (Only wath I think).
