hey

i tried to connect on the servers today and I can't because it keeps telling me "Error verifying steam user ID ticket"

i browsed steam help FAQ and i didnt find any help

what's the matter ? have I been hijacked or what?

It happen me sometimes,i close steam and restart and after it works good.

I had this problem for the first time the other day, i tried exiting steam and restarting and it didnt do anything.

I had to log off and log in again (by 'logging in as a different user') and it was fine....

I also have this problem today. I have rebooted the computer for 3 times.
This is really freaking me out. Are there other ways to solve this?? Crying or Very sad

Ah ok, it works fine again.
I logged in as different user and the problem was solved.

Actualy i know a solvation to it Wink

All you have to do is : Wait for 5 mins without connecting Very Happy

And then it will work again Smile

I had that problem only when i game whole day and quickly connect to another server.
I thin the Id is still on that server you were seconds ago:)
