Try closing the steam window, Its using flash animations now and doesnt agree too well with 3d applications. Secondly make sure your firewalls allow the correct ports, this makes a massive difference. Plus msn live gives it a harder time since it was updated so try making sure all those are close.
If that doesnt help then put ya graphics down, i have a shitty graphics card at work and untill i got the knew one i couldt use the grav gun at all coz it was too slow to fire. Hope that help Smile If not buy a new net connection and pc lol

I've done all that but there is still something evil going on. A lot of the physics just bounce off ppl now Evil or Very Mad Which values do you use for cl_cmdrate, cl_updaterate and cl_interp etc when you play on TSGK servers???
