I didn't have the time to queue anywhere, except for Portal 2 .. they only showed a video, so the queue wasn't so crazy long.

Friend of mine queued 2-3 hours and played Diablo III but I don't know any details yet

can't compare Very Happy the craziness in halo 3, you get map editors, replay theatre,crazy play lists, the replayabilty is infinite, the weapons are nice,tactics with motion sensors ahhhh the list goes on. on the Other hand you get Hl2dm, and you guys know how that plays out Very Happy

I own all current and past gen consoles. Your response is typical ps3 fan boy answer. If you know your gaming history well, the ps1 and ps2 were the weakest consoles out on the market. The ps2 outsold both the nintendo gamecube and the xbox. The last 2 machines were way better. Sony's latest console is a failure compared to the ps1 and ps2. The market leader is always the 1st to release their console(not in the case of the poor dreamcast). The reason ps3's are flying off the shelf is because sony dropped their prices and it spurred a short come back. Game developers are not encouraged to develop for the ps3 due to high cost of development kits. It's very hard to develop for and it's even more time consuming to port to other formats. It's sad to say that multi-platform games are the direction for most publishers as they focus on more triple A titles and maximize their profits. This brings us back to the first part of your statement. Having most 1st party developers doesn't mean jack, they won't make money off them as much as 3rd party developers, they will wind up like nintendo, being their own best enemies, competing with sony's IP's. Sony's ip's are just rehashed trying to copy nintendo in everything, which is sad. 3 console generations, same console, just better graphics, so boring and stale. I am not defending the xbox Very Happy just setting you straight Razz console wars are not won with power, they are won with good quality games.

GT5 is going to be very nice, but I was spoilt with forza 3.
Tekken 6 was such a disappointment, I hope they fix things soon.
Vanquish looks very promising, the demo was very nice.


The run up to the holidays is always tough on the wallet. I just wish Sony and MS stop replicating the wii experience on their consoles and focus more on developing their next gen machines. PS Move and Kinect are a waste of monies!

Tekken 6 is great, me and Knife_TSGK play alot of VS battles online.
The battles are epic we have some bad ass long combos ^^
