so for the past week, everyday the temperature outside has been around -20 F to -30 F but today was -50. how does it even get that cold my god!

We're finally out of the negative here, and today we got to 23F!!!!

My furnace broke 2 days ago that was an awful thing to wake up to, I thought I was in the wilderness and prepared to spear a buffalo but realized I only needed a new furnace.

omg...its a bad thing to wake up to Ghosty Laughing

Btw...we had -20 C° not so long ago ,about a week or two ago...it was once...and i thought i would become a popsicle Laughing It was better in the morning but still... i thought if i would Sneez, i would sneeze fairy dust Laughing But -50 F ...Brrrzz..... havent endured something like that in 2-5 years ... We have warm winter here al the time in Latvia..its kinda like autumn Laughing giant puddles and everything is slippery , and dirty Confused

actual temp was like -45, windchill was about -53. ghostdog, exact same thing happened!!! It was kinda scary, I woke up, and was like, whoa, gotta spear me a bear for some warmth. My landlord doesn't have covers for the AC and there was like icicles hanging down inside my house. I got it turned back on, and then once it came on, it didn't shut off for like 2 days so it was blasting hot air full blast lol. I can has spoonage nao?

Had -12 celcius a few weeks ago, pretty extraordinary, one of the coldest periods I had known; normally ponds and rivers around here are never frozen, this time they were. Now a good tad above the 0 degrees though Smile
