Hello TSGK,

I've started playing HL2 DM a few months ago, and on your servers for a few weeks. I haven't had this much fun since Quake3.

I really enjoy the emphasis your clan places on fun and friendly competition. I'd like to run a try out for eventually, if there's some room left.

My steam id is strstr, and I've been concentrating on stun stick, nades and physics, plus a bit of xbow and 357. My kill ratio isn't super high, but I think that's because I do a lot of stick runs that don't end so well... Rolling Eyes

hi my names samwidge and i would love to be a part of your clan. i often use the grav gun with grenades as well as on its own. i love humiliating people and i can also be a useful member for clan fights as i consider myself quite good at this game, however u may think differently so please reply.

Yeah, played with you last night - you're a good player and seem like a nice chap.

You need to put a few vowels in your name though... strstr

How about Stresstrial, or sistersister, or So Today Reginald Sampled Terry's Rissotto... something like that would be nice.

I make it a point to stick any TSGK I see Very Happy

H2O: strstr is actually pronounced "string-string", it's an old ANSI C function used for string searching. I love how obscure and un-meaningful old ANSI C was/is Very Happy

Thus the name. I like your last suggestion though!

I used to programme COBOL but you don't hear me call myself COBOL. Hmm, actually that has a nice ring to it.

You wouldn't consider renaming yourself Ansi C? Has a nice ring to it too and will enable me to say "Hi Ansi" instead of "Hi astrdreasredastrasytdrastrdastydrasdytasrdytasdratys"

I'm putting my application on standby for the moment; i've realized being clanless doesn't prevent me from having a huge amount of fun with everyone anyways. I also feel I could be a lot better and am still not exactly at what i consider "the TSGK level of quality," so I might re-apply some time later if that's feasible.

I still think the TSGK servers are the best to play on so you will still see me around, especially north american players.

ill only make a tryout (osiris said that my stats are worthy for a tryout) around easter or so, i can improve a lil bit untill then!
