wrong.
when you are leaner the body is much more anabolic and
your insulin sensitivity is higher. then you can eat more calories(even carbohydrates) without the risk of it becoming fat. When you are under 15% body-fat a bigger part of excess calories is used to build muscle. When you are over 15% body-fat however its the opposite. a greater percentage of excess calories will become fat. thats why you should be under 15% body-fat for muscle building.
