We had a server like that too where a clanmember was banned for grav/nade combo, then a other one tried and he was banned immediatelly too, then we flooded the server with all players we had on in our friendslist and the admin had a really hard evening this day with banning tons of players XD

We had TS on and it was sooooooo funny XD
Guess we'll have the same fun with that server^^

meh, i've went already a few times and I get preserveslot autokicked every ten seconds. Trying again tomorrow.

Hello everyone, I'm the owner of server "superultrakill" so named to reflect the help I recieved in setting up from "Sanctuary UK"another great server! I am pleased that some of you like the server I work hard to hand select the maps so as to give a diferent play type for each map, currently 63 maps taking over 24 hours for the entire map cycle. I set the server up for club members who decided on the "rules of engagement". I'm dissappointed that some of you feel the need to try to disrupt what is essentially a social server (thats why we talk) not clan based. In my defence I only ban people who continue to be dissruptive after long discussions about their problems. There are only seven names in my banned list after visits from over twelve thousand players, pretty good I think. There are only twelve slots available and the reserve slots are more than filled so if you've been kicked its more likely to be because a reserve slot player has signed in. Like any other server the rules are clearly displayed on the MOTD page, if you don't like them don't come in...simple. If you took up boxing you wouldn't take a gun into the ring then complain when you were disqualified. Our members are not Pro gamers so why take so much pleasure from your extra skills, why not play them at their own game and earn their respect that way. I hope more of your members will give us try new players keep the server fresh. There are just two admins so remember unless you are talking to one of them the views expressed are not necassarily mine.

As stated in my Previous post soke I got banned for being 'good' (well I ain't good Mr. Green

), not for breaking the rules. I never B'hopped continuously, or grav Naded. I didn't really get a 'lengthy' discussion about my ban, I just got banned, even following the rules of the MOTD Mr. Green

as did the majority of the players commenting here.

My skills concerning the game I got banned was simply having a better aim with the Xbow than most players there. As far as I was aware I followed the MOTD rules on your server so not to get banned for breaking rules.......and still......got banned.

I guess if this was boxing I would have got disqualified for knocking the other boxer around the too much for the referree to take (The Ref made me leave my Grav Gun outside Crying or Very sad

). I appreciate the rules of your server (I did follow them), a simple 'Please can you leave this server?' from the Admin and an explanation why would have been more than sufficent. I don't hold grudges nor mean any disrespect to the admin but we just find it funny getting banned for no reason other than being abit 'better'.

Everyone can name itself admin, but the admiing skill is another story.
I blame Mani-admin-plugin for providing a such easy tool for the pseudo admins (half kidding).
Too bad, such example is spreading a negativ reputation for the admins community even if this kind of uncompetent admins are infact a minority.

If players are abused by this kind of admins, simply don't connect to the server anymore and do let your friends know about it that they may avoid the bad experience.
No need to disturb their fun in purpose, leave them in peace, there are many others servers to enjoy where admins are not waiting for any reason to kick or ban a public player which isn't on their friendlist.

No one with the name Stonedcabbage has visited MY server and you are not banned. There have been 19 tsgk players on the server and three of them were banned. I am not just the admin I am the owner I pay the bills. I am a retired personel manager who earned my living with my communication skills. I repeat no one gets routinely banned all are welcome. You also miss the point with the boxing example, if you take part in any sport that has rules you can't change the rules to suit yourself.
I personally welcome anyone with skill who can help me become better. I am neither heavy handed or inept and my server has a genuine reputation for friendship and lively humour, don't sit on the fence and bitch get involved and have fun it's just a game.

I got your point however I think you missed mine, my point with the Boxing quip was I didn't bend the rules, I played by them, where as with yours you were implying I/we/whoever did bend/break them. You should find STEAM_0:0:7284353 in your ban list. I didn't play with the name st0n3dCabbag3_TSGK as two TSGK had already been banned and I didn't want to be painted with the same brush just down to my clan/name and receive a ban straight away. I have no idea how the other two played to earn there ban, however I changed my play style to ensure I did comply with the server rules, which as far as I was aware were no continous B'hop and no grav nades. I do play for fun, ask anyone (Most of my kills in the first/2nd round were stunstick kills because I couldn't find weapons), and i always comply with the rules (Though my last post was a bit of a rant, im sorry Mr. Green

) I'd be pee'd off someone broke the rules on our server, thankfully we only have 3 (No cheating, No excessive Swearing and Have Fun!).

Have to close this thread now as it will start to be an endless discussion without a real purpose.

Just avoid this server if you disagree with the way it is managed, there is nothing to argu about they are free to ban for nothing (or in purpose like being a part of a clan), the concept of fun is personal.

Everyone is now aware about this server and its management, so you may avoid it or do connect to it, but then if you experience any bad time with the admins it will be your own responsability since you know what may happend.
