i've thinking for years, trying to figure out why god things and bad things happen so i concluded that life has ups and downs. like all things, there is good and evil, black and white, positive poles/negative poles etc etc etc

But what i want to figure out is how to control it, and i think i figured it out.

heres somewhat of a graph i made: (do not take the term Depression literaly)

so basicaly.. i've been in a very large downfall for nearly 3 years, now its finaly over, and my life is already two times better than it was 3 weeks ago, now its getting better, and i hope i wont slip again.

so what i have to do is to control this ascension, so it will remain for years, hell, it could end right now, so it kinda depends on your life decisions and stuff like that, it's similar to Karma, i prefer buddhism over other religions because this is just a way of life, its not even a religion Very Happy

You may have Anxiety or some kind of Syndrome (Due to the large volumes of Spam on this forum I think the case is the former). I suffer the same, Life has its up's and downs, just focus on the good points, like HL2DM and fragging, and Stunsticking, and spawn Killing, and SMG Nading the SMG'er to hell, and Mutlikills, and Rampages, and smiling when you here "H.H.H.Holy Sh*t!" as a hail of SMG bullets rain down on you trying to end the uber skillz.

stuffing yourself with food is not a good plan UNLESS :

1) that food product is BBQ CHIPS

no exceptions.

Its not that i am ever depressed. Its that folks are suffering from irrational exuberance and ridiculously low expectations.

Folks who walk around happy all the time are idiots.
And what is happy if it your constant state?
