 How to create a CLAN in the TSGK server ?

Hy all, if anybody can help me, how to registrate ( create ) a clan in the TSGK servers, plss tell me, because - as i saw - me and my friends make a TAG after out names ( with all same characters ) and its isn't a clan yet. -> I know its a stupid thing to say like that ( there is a same part in example: two player's name -> then it's a clan )
But please tell me how can i do a seeable clan!

Your Clan must consist of a minimum of 3 players.

Use [] () {} | if possible 3 letters minimum as 2 could confuse with a country code, 6 maximum.
