Unable to enter server VIII. Steam just released an update yesterday to an exploit that was causing servers to crash. Just need to run hldsupdatetool -command update and it should be ok.

Thanks a lot for your report, actually VIII, XIV and XV wont update.
We are working on this problem and those servers should be up in some hours (minutes).
