does anybody else have this problem. it takes up to an hour for friends to start working after i have started steam Evil or Very Mad

When I used the beta as soon as the game select screen loaded (after movie) I could press shift+tab and the community overlay would pop up instantly.

Now that it's released if I try and bring it up instantly nothing happens,then if you persist clicking it will load with 1/2 the letters missing in texts Mad

Or if I want it to load and work properly I have to wait for about 10-20 seconds then shift+tab.

This thing has issues.
