Who is this player "Unnamed" Question

Last night I was looking for a game and he was playing on no less than 5 servers at the same time Rolling Eyes

I settled on KC KBH 1 and started to play. Sure enough unnamed joined the game soon after. I am not paranoid but I think he is stalking me. Twisted Evil

To make things worse unnamed2 joined the game shortly afterwards Exclamation

Just exactly how many accounts does unnamed have Question

Or, for that matter how many arms does he have Question

unnamed is the standard name put in by valve. when you first start the game your name is "unnamed". so it could have been 5 different players.

Who is the unnamed warrior spaming multiple servers Question

It can't be Sparticus because Sparticus_TSGK was playing at the same time last night and he only has two arms and a tail.

Any ideas?

maybe you dont recognize the name "unnamed" because one year or two after HL2 was released and friends were fully functional, your nick would be what it was set in friends

If something happaned in the config file, or something was corrupt the name unnamed would appear

Unnamed was my first nick too

There was at least one unnamed playing all last night and three most of the time. They are starting to steal my moves. Shocked

Unnamed is everywhere. According to my KC stats I have killed 22 different ones in the last seven days. Additionally, three chose names during play. One I can't remember, one decided on Princis Poo and one became KC Shanchez #2. The real KC Shanchez almost got into the act by changing name to unamed.

I have a theory that it is all a diabolical plot. Unnamed are let lose to fend for themselves and pick up the basic skills. One by one, the will chose names and infiltrate the TSGK servers. When they have played their score to 10k+, some arch fiend will send a message like Atlas in Bioshock -

"Would you kindly turn up for a stick fight on server# at 3am." (Plenty deserted at that time)

No, I must be paranoid - there can't be anyone as unscrupulous as that, or can there. Question

Perhaps you should get Agent Bauer to investigate. Idea

The unnamed where real players with proper names, before they where taken into the collective Shocked

Its only when they break free, do they then be able to take a new name.

In a moment of weakness a Ninja admitted he had been assimilated by the Borg. He said all the unnamed were Ninjas and should not be harmed.

Even the exiled warriors that have visited KC 1 in the last two days did not stay long. Including the one from the Dark Side. Exclamation

What was said at the secret meeting on server X last night. Question

We may not find out until it is too late. Confused

For now Highlander and Taffy will hold the fort although we know for us, there can be only one.

(BTW Its a full Moon)
