I'm a bit strung out meself.

I'm in Edinburgh at the moment visiting some friends. I've been 48 hours without hl2dm...

The girls went out so me and my m8 watched Doom the Movie. Load of mollusks. There was this extra section on the DVD showing you some tips on how to play Doom 3. I kept thinking to myself that I'd hurl a radiator at them.

.. in all seriousness how about trying to just limit yourself on how many hours you play a week? I find that 5 hours a week is enough for me personally to keep me occupied and it's really not that much time.

Another idea is how about playing hl2dm as a break from other tasks you're doing. you can say okay 1 20 min hl2dm round and then back at it.

maybe you're already doing these things.
