Hi controller boy,
thanks for speaking. i did not know there was even stats and the like two weeks ago. I did not know there were nice people out there as well. Had a good session today but it did not do my points a lot of good.
Hey, I might get my first stripe. Only 170 odd to go. I like about 8 players - it gives you time to think. less an you get sniped. 15 - 16 too much - no time to think. Down to - 4k an up to 5k + who gives shit? This is getting a long thread - - - - - - ---------------------------------------------

Not really, as people get older everything gets a bit slower and so do the reflexes. Some people, like zog, apparently don't have this slowing down thing and keep being fast. Your replies are really random sometimes :p

delux hi, today was about 46 kills. 5000 odd top go before my next promotion,
( almost camped) It's a long way 2 go at one kill a ever 73 seconds. Oh yes I am 55. Think I am going to have to concentrate on the harder weapons,

i mean, u got already over 10k kills, and all these people were probably younger than you!
keep it up! my father has about the same age as you, and i think its nice to see that at least some older people enjoy things like online games

Yikes you are up there Timchenko, but i can say this your a heck of a player. Every time we play together we have a nice little dual going on, when your not playing like a crafty old guy. I cant talk im 28 myself, so im moving on up there.

I've found the skill to be elevated during the weekends. The best games turn up on a Sunday night IMO. Nevertheless I find myself playing almost every night anyway.

Don't worry about the camping bit too much, standing still on the top level for more than 3 sec and some one will name call you. I started out on the council maps where i learn't the crossbow skills, the map being quite wide from corner to corner.
I must admit that when i respawn my first nade will always go towards a camper and also if i jump on a platform i'm usually preparing a nade 
When i decided to apply to join tsgk i was told to learn the killbox maps and i went down from 10k points to 5k and its take 6-7 weeks to finally raise my game back up. Keep with it, learn to sprint/jump around. Your starting out on one of the hardest maps and evening time you will find a lot of top players on server 1, so you can't be that bad for an old timer  Damn i'm 35 when will i be classed as that. Still waiting for first bairn (kid) to pop out, any day now

Hi, Sniperborg,
Just a quick reply. I have given up camping and spend most of my time on the floor and in the bunker on server 1. I am not at my best straight in and am now warming up on another server where it does not matter. I am now playing at 50% + physics so that will tell a story in itself.
Am picking away at the point gradually and the next target is 10K points I recon it will take about 2 months. I notice your short term kpd are the required level.
Away on business for two days god I will miss my death matches.

47 and soon to be 48 with kids older than some on here!! Spose that makes me feel old but then I play fives with a 63yr old every week!!!
Good to see that I am not the oldest but I have a mate who is 50+ (not exactly sure how +) who i play many evenings.

zog, how about an oldies 1v1 before i go ? if you fancy it come to dmk servers pick your map and we'll lock the server to keep the kids out . unless they promise to spectate only, save there embaressment of getting slayed by a couple of over the hillies

Hi,
Thank you for the reply. I am not declining your invitation But I need a little more practice yet. I have only been playing a short time. I think I will be a bit better shortly because I have found out what some of the other keys do  Also I am going to ask Pure Slut for some tips. I wish I could be a bit more consistent.  ( it would also help if I didn't play after a pint or six) Well not too far away but I will play just for the fun if it can be arranged. You chose one weapon but tell me what it is

Thought I'd share this one
Last night was a 'good' night when I was getting more kills than killed...
(sadly NOT on a TSGK server)
One of the other players voiced and called me a F**King Cheating B**tard which gave me a bit of a boost (killed him a few more times for fun )
Like most other players I have never cheated and wouldn't dream of doing so, so I just counted it as a compliment
Maybe the last time I'll play that well, who knows, but it was fun!

I dunno 16 players can really raise my game sometimes, unless its 16 tsgk players caining me . The bit where it gets really good is when u can score multi kills within seconds - cook up a nade, multikill, stick the guy near to the nade, jump away and shotgun the guy coming out the door That is gameplay.
