What has happened to DM

Today i was playing DM approx 4:15PM (GMT) and i froze on server 1 three times and all the servers in my list except 2 said <not-responding> and then it would unfreeze and it stutters like mad. Is this a Client a server or Steam servers problem. _________________

i had have experienced a similar problem... i attempted to join XIX but when i refreshed my favourites list they all showed not responding. Similarly, when that problem had corrected itself, i was on server1 and all but 4 ppl froze (i was 1 of the 4) and disconnected. It was weird...
