Yes, it started yesterday night, servers goes offline in the list, but they aren't, and then 5 minutes later they pop again up.
It doesn't affect players who are on the servers.
Sound like a problem...

cfg/mani_quake_sounds.cfg
cfg/mani_server.cfg
cfg/mani_admin_plugin/quakesoundlist.txt

Your Quake sounds pack (mp3 files) is inside...
