I personaly use a logitec extreme 3D pro joy stick in left hand and use the mouse for aim jump, crouch and sprint and reload. the stick for all wep changes wakling and shooting.....

some players are realy good but havent you heard of cheeters there are some pepole who use whats called an aim bot. there are loads of posts about it on this forum..
