dm_council_tsgk_v2 is now available.

Changes are:
- The shop is open.
- 2snd floor open in the 4 story building.
- 3th floor open in the 3 story buildind.
- Sniper location available in the right tower of the council building.
- Pathway under the yellow building with access to the basement and the shop.
- Ladder to access the balcony over the garage.
- Big physics like sofa and can machin are now statics.
- 1 more shotgun.
- 1 more AR2.
- 1 more 357.
- 1 more crossbow.
- More grenades (4)
- Less SLAM (2)
- CCTV features has been removed.
- Great improvement on FPS.
- Fixed lag problem.
- Fixed lot of bugs.

But i dont like the part whit 2 slams removed :'(
