I mean come on, you pay through the roof for the game, then they want to add a subscription on top of that? Activision are worse than vultures.

Here's some facts. Activisions ego is off the chart. I mean I remember when they asked M$ for some of the "xbox live" money because alot of the players play COD on "xbox live" online. M$ said ok sure but we will raise the "xbox live" price first then we got a deal. So now Activision will get more money from this new other subscription fee called "Call of Duty Elite" plus "xbox live" also not forgeting over priced DLC they sale. One time they said to Sony if you don't drop the price of the PS3 we won't put anymore COD games on your system. http://n4g.com/news/774881/call-of-duty-elite-reactions/com I have no idea why people buy the COD games they are all MODs from COD4 with no engine updates. If you want your FPS fix from PS3/PSN get Killzone 3 it's much better quality and the publisher is not evil. 
Resistance 3 is also looking good for online gameplay and graphics.

I wonder the same thing many times. For sometime i know how greedy they are with COD games, and i never bought any COD game because of that. This news, left me amazed. such greedy ******** !!! They are more then millionarie nowadays, unbeliavable how they can be that greedy. Even on steam, they sell ancient COD games for 20€, the sales on COD games are ridicusly low, and , when they apear! wich usually is only only x-mas.... But thats it, people still buy it!!.... I just hope that they get smashed by DICE with BF3. The game is looking superb. and i do hope ( i honestly think yes) they keep the promise of developing a true game for PC 1st, and consoles second.. i do hope that BF3 will put out the consolized market tendecy for PC. _________________  |

I agree COD must die but if it does im sure Activision will Milk bungies new game if it's a hit. The Game Dev Bungie left M$ and now Activision is the publisher to what ever Bungie makes.

A monthly fee for steam overlay. Its like I said on the SPUF, the COD kids are bitching about it yet they will still buy it. Activision knows they can get away with it. |

i'm going to pirate MW3 first, if i like the multiplayer i'll buy it, MW2 gave me around 200 hours of gameplay which should be the average for an FPS whore like me |

Too many other good games coming out for me to care for COD at all.
Twisted Metal and Infamous 2 look good, for PC just Dead Island and Battlefield 3 I want. This is most likely to be game of the year like the last one was.
