At last I have a new PC, was not easy cause im still in college. 
I tested left for dead and hl2dm on full video setting and they run smooth. 
Heres my new PC Specs CPU: Intel Quad Core Q8300 each core running at 2.5GHz RAM: 4GB DDR2 Graphics Card: nVidia GeForce 1GB of memory Hard Drive: 500GB SATA2 Sound Card: Realtek HD OS: Vista Other: 8 USB ports. HDMI port. 1 Ethernet port. 1 FireWire port. 2 PCI slots Weight 9.6kg ------------------------------ My OLD specs CPU: Intel 2.8GHz (single) RAM: 512MB Graphics Card: ATI 128MB ------------------------------ http://tsgk.com/?page=team&member=gtamike123 See you ingame

Nice rig. The E8400 dual core might have been worth a look as well. Slightly cheaper and it overclocks well (4.4ghz) benchmarks better than the slowest i7 in some applications and kicks most of the AMD competition into touch. The 45nm. quad cores for some unknown reason do not overclock very well. I am holding fire until the i7 option becomes more afforadable. welcome to the 21st century
