but he is very persistent and doesn´t leave when he starts to lose which many players could take an example of.

I spectated stewyy last night just to see what he was about. Time and again he spawned and was killed by Oleg and others by headshots. They would just walk up and shoot with no action from him. At no time when he spawned did he move or even look around, just stood until headshot and then repeated. It was as if he was on spawn auto pilot. Not a sign of movement, if he spawned looking at wall he just stood till fragged. It was not as if he kept trying it was as if no one was home. Shocked

I have tried lots of times to get awards and very rarely get one Mad

I think this sort of thing is unfair to players who like me try to get awards in the right way.

oleg has made himself look like he cheated to get his awards Rolling Eyes

After a complete review of the case, we have reawarded all the awards of the 21 November 2008 while not taking in consideration all the frags done toward the player id 615012, which was the abused idling player.

Therefor, as a result of this decision, 1 award was reassigned to another player.
The others awards which were still awarded to current players, have seen their kills count being reduced if any kill while triggering these awards would have been done toward 615012.

We do seriously take into consideration any awards/statistics manipulation/abuse, and this even, if killing an idling player is allowed, but doing it in a very excessiv way would lead to a global ban for the abuser and the abused without further notice.
Obviously all awards then would be reassigned to whom should have get them.

Our TDM servers do run "mp_forcerespawn 1" since a major exploit was discovered which is affecting all the HL2dm Server running in TDM mode.
This exploit is very old now and we believe that Valve isn't really going to do anything to fix it and "mp_forcerespawn 1" is the only solution to bypass this exploit without the addition of a plugin.
Players abusing this weak fix with excess would get their access to our servers obstructed permanently and all awards assigned, including the past ones, will be definitly removed.
