Welcome to the forums, shudn't be any problem really as an expansion to the community is always welcome, though im sure Osiris will clear it up for you.

If you want to expand youir clan its good to put somthing like

L33T_Razor @ Recruiting

in your game name so players know that you are looking for members in your clan, thats a good way to garner attention, also just generally asking any players that you like in game will help, get there Friends Nick etc. That all helps in clan expansion. Having your own server is always a plus and just having a website like our fine example helps. Good luck with your Clan building!!!
