I deal with an Online site selling parts and stuff for Smeg appliances, answering e-mails, delaing with orders, along with some Web Dev on other projects for the company.
I do have a PSP, but the trouble is, I sit opposite my manager, so she'd clock me playing that , no GTA PSP rampages for me

No GTA I guess the psp plan could back fire because of the manager. The internet is still a good time passer if you know the best sites. http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/ I spend alot of time their the cartoons are so funny and random

One of the down sides of being self employed, no free time.
Your either working on your job in progress or sorting out the next one.
On the upside your your own boss, so if you want to have some time off to play HL2dm you can (but you aint getting paid for it)

http://www.stumbleupon.com
I read an article about this in a magazine and was a bit skeptical at first but it turned out to be the best thing I've ever downloaded. You fill out a form when you sign up, stating your interests and then it places a button in your browser which when clicked, brings you to a random page related to your interests.
It's quite a simple idea, but the best way I can think of to "waste" some time
