I need drivers for SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio... But i can not find any Drivers for it Crying or Very sad

My Version is 5.10.1.4151
Version date is 10-5-2005 Shocked

please help >_> Embarassed

Try firmwares with different version numbers. I'm quite sure it wouldn't matter. If you download a driver that doesn't work with your card it won't install in the first place and if anything goes wrong, it's not like you can't reboot to fix broken sound. There's plenty of drivers when searching for "soundmax integrated audio driver". If all these fail, try an alternative audio driver.

I don't think they have drivers past that date, and surely will not now that vista is released.

Get rid of on-board sound it's giving me hardware issues and is poor quality, a $20 soundblaster pci is much better.

If the drivers you are using for your onboard sound still work then I wouldn't recommend changing them.

EDIT:The driver version you have installed doesn't match what I come up with for that audio every time I look everywhere I go, if you are having issues with it, try this.

And i need the drivers Cuz some games (Hitman Blood Money) kicks out Because of some crap sounds that don't work with the Drivers i have >_> and on MY FAV LEVELS! Crying or Very sad

I hate this Crap xD

hope To find some good Version for my Audio crap/card

I have this version on my driver disk:

SoundMAX ADI1988 Audio Driver V5.10.1.6110 for Windows 2000/XP/XP MCE 32-bit

I dont know if it will work for you or not but i would think it would be ok,just looks like a slightly newer version.
If you want to give it a try let me know and i will upload it for you.

Try this one. You will have to register because I have reached my download limit and cannot download myself for you. Chazzz driver looks newer but by the date it may be worth a try.

When you have extracted the file,run the setup.exe in the 2k_xp folder.
