It's pretty hard to tell whether he is cheating or not. I'll grant that he does make a few wild headshots, but then again, this is not uncommon to happen.

I was playing same time.... didnt notice too much out of the ordinary to be honest..... looked to me maybe like someone who plays counterstrike.... doesnt move round a whole lot but had a good aim, seemed to be aiming at the head with all weapons

you bhop to:
-save aux power for encounters with the enemy
-reach weapons or locations faster
-run away
-refuel aux power when you are low on it while fighting the enemy

you strafe (just sprint without jumping) to:
-fight your enemy (evading shots by doing random strafes)

you stand still to:
-camp
-get a bullet in your head if you dont know how to camp correctly (move accordingly when the enemy comes and notices you)
-express your love for ducks, ain´t they sweet?
