I do have some HL2 crash (almost all time during a party) since the valve update of the 24 may 2006.
Does anyone else have this problem?

its not good during game too , got 5 crashes today . i wish i never install that ***** **** **** ****ing patch

I thought it was my WinXP64 that was the issue !

Damn I reinstalled a XP32 to make sure, but it's even worse Sad

That was a crash patch to make sure we would buy Episode one Confused

By the way, HL2 is not only crashing, and that pisses me already, but it's often as slow as if I was on a 486 !

I can see me dying in slow motion that sucks !

It's better since yesterday.
I have also update my graphic card driver to the last one.
But sometime, i crash to desktop (I have overcloacked my computer a bit, this is maybe the problem).

Be sure to update your grapphic card driver to the last one.
The news was somewhere on steam, about updating driver to the latest one available.

now its better, im not crashing so much... only one crash per day, ... i can stand it....sometimes it even save my ass from stick ! Very Happy

Ah... Crash are coming back now... Crashing 3 times on Serv XIII like all the others... All servers are almost empty since this shitty update, this is sad... Neutral
