Subject description: thought I'd post and invite you anyways. :P		  
Hello you lot here,

just though I'd plop by, inform you about the latest News and invite you to join us at one of our new Servers of the Fleet. Not sure if 8 Servers make a Fleet but it sounds cool tough.

I'm not a Marketing Guru and will let it be good with some simple facts like a list of Servernames, IP's and the link to our just started and newly created global HLstatsX at http://www.exs-stats.eu.

At this moment there are 7 HL2DM and 1 TF2 Servers running and waiting for some descent Players to overheat the CPU, steal eXs| Elf some points (he's 1st and I cant get him for some reason) or simply have a nice scrim. Very Happy

My Intention was to "have a bit for nearly every single taste" and so you'll find TF2, Coop, Killboxes, Standard Maps, Lowgrav and even a dedicated 1vs1 Server.

Ok, ok - I'll shut it up now and hold it shortly (as usual).

Here are the Infos:

perhaps you should change the TF2 server name

Couldn't think about anything better at this moment. I'm aware that some Names don't rock as others. Wink

Make a good suggestion but it should end of "Area" to have all in a line. Very Happy

Ok, so i thought i give it a try, joined the Killbox server, killed one (j3n5_GER, STEAM_0:0:10830494), he made a kickvote, and i was immediately kicked by the console.

So i rejoined again, killed him, he started a voteban, and now the console banned me...

I noticed that there is only 1 vote necessary for a kick/ban, so whoever initiates it and votes for it will get it. The above mentioned guy did the votekick thingie 5 times this evening...

Not fun. Evil or Very Mad Twisted Evil

Update: Apparently he does it all the time now, see his chat history.

Thanks for the fast report MiCao.

I'll still took care of j3n5_GER.

Now its himself who's banned in future. Voteban will become deactivated and votekick will need a higher percentage of votes in future. I wonder that it only required 1 in this case tough (was set to 51%).

I thought It would become handy to good and nice peeps for kicking/banning nerds if needed - it wasn't the plan to have the good guys kicked and banned by the nerds. Laughing

4 or 5 guys (out of 4300) got reported for votekicking / votebanning everything and everyone who wasn't on the trees fast enough and without any reason. They obviously only wanted to be on their own and kind of hijacked the server for some time.

Bans per vote take only effect for a short time. Yours shoud be lifted fromself again. Smile
