hay,I am back from my week of Not being oNline even....

It all goes to this Moonday....
On A sports lesson we had Acrobatics...
and when we did the "Rolls" to get the Mark teacher was saying i jump with Pushing up with 1 leg...and i got mad after 8 tryes....and jumped With BOTH legs buy STOMPING them on the floor....but the roll was pretty bad afterwards....
I fell On my neck in a vertical positions(legs up and head down) on the mat,And when i woke up on Tuesday i got up in 15 or 20 mins...cuz i was like awalking Stick....All the muscles and bones were in Pain...
+ the spine and the neck is still crunchin like hell when i move...specialy when i take a deep breath Confused
Now im Better and up to playing HL2dm! and ...continue on all the rest stuff....
