I've looked all over but can't find a list of after how many kills which quake sounds plays ?
Also, is this configurable per server ?

As seen above this is the file mani_quake_sounds.cfg. It details all the quake sounds and how many kills trigger them.
Each is configurable to play at whatever number of kills you specify. Also, the sounds that are played and messages that are displayed can be changed, as demonstrated on my and phil's server

24 Kills is the standard trigger count for "Holy Shit" if you downloaded the original Quake-Sound-Pack from Mani´s homepage.

there still is a skullshock server? I liked this game mode but I never found servers again after 2 times of playing.
edit: I meant shellshock not skullshock. I guess you meant something different.
