I was wondering what you all would think if another column was added to the stats at the end of the game. This column would show KPD, as kills are good but when weighed against deaths doesn't look so good.
Maybe keep the most kills at the top of the list but the person with the best KPD would have there name highlighted.

I can see it without being highlighted. Better dont request Valve to release another update for stuff like this.

We only would get (highlighted) KpD´s packaged with plenty of serious new issues.

They take us to test their experimental updates and programming code before they use it for one of their other games.

That was probably the reason for their "ATI Users get HL2DM for free" action. To get more participating players for the public beta test.

DM seems to be their last priority compared with all other source games. They just should do a complete rollback to the point before all these crappy bugs and additions came out and leave everything else to the community itself.

There are enough gifted scripters to fix everything properly without destroying something new.

good idea borg but Unreal tournament has a setting (talking about the first one here) if you kill you get +1 if you die you get -1. so at the end of it it should be a representative of your kpd.

Kills - Deaths = Total Score I think Shimmy means.

A game I used to play called Tac Ops did it by Kills/Deaths Like HL2.

Then they moved the scoring system to Amount of Damage done, i.e 10HP worth of Damage = 1 Point, 100HP of Damage = 10 Points (But still showed the KPD). Thats solves every problem like stolen Frags and stuff. Twisted Evil
