Wish I was still in my twenties but just out of em at 31! QC Manager after R&D not IT but used to be responsible for the build and upkeep of the company intranet and website so close in a way!
Their not all my sweets honest! Pic was taken just after Xmas hence chocolate everywhere! Honest!
KB is the original ZBoard (not the Merc).

that system needs watercooling. my ears hurt by just looking at those stock fans, especially the gpus. I´d rather have weaker hardware but with watercooling so it doesnt destroy my ears. so how loud is it? has it damaged yours yet?

So, when you and Ani are gaming side by side, like 2 True Warrior like people, do you both have the sound on or just one set of speakers, I can imagine the Echo of "b0000000m Headshot" getting quite annoying

not really all that hardcore...
I, like Shimmy, have good taste when it comes to case and mobo. SHUTTLE all the way! great for traveling to lan parties which i do alot. It's about 3 years old and its reached its upgrade peak, still happy with its preformance...
specs: pentuim 4 at 3.0 ghz, 2 gigs of ram, x-fi, x800pro, 160 gig sata hd, g5 lazer mouse dual 19" screens (one is 16 by 10 ratio)....
*Gotta hand it to the Opti family, awesome rigs!!!

hahahah Hash so true! you are a man of good taste! I like your peggle stool never knew the shuttle could function at such an angle I can't wait to get my dirty hands on another small yet powerful beast! the new ones are SLI enabled dude!
p.s. once they were going to refuse to let me travel on an airplane citing that it looked like a device of mass destruction! lol what naabs!

glad you like the Peggle Stool. the video card was buzzing crazy when the shuttle was upright the only way to stop it was to have it on its side like that, the Peggle Stool was open underneath the shuttle, and allowed air to pass, other wise I couldn't prop it on its side lets say on a table cause it would "suffocate" that side facing down.
SLI enabled you say?!?!!? must be those over sized models, 2 members of THC* have those, I'm not too keen on the size but its still a lot better than most sff. Btw, there are seven shuttles amongst the THC clan, and one fully custom sff(it still can't compare> louder, bigger, & heavier). I guess you could say Shuttle is the official computer of THC*.
Yeah I've always wondered how it'd be with airport security my best friend has your model and he's gotten trouble at airports too. It's funny I nick named mine "the black box". anyway here's his other shuttle, he modded his box with a clear case rigged with a Zalman GPU fan to help with circulation, works well he says, and there's another picture of an over sized card shoved in, lol

that looks very cool! on my rig, i had an ati 9800 pro 256 mb and it used to heat like a volcano lol so my dad helped me and drilled big holes on the side and i had two fans on the gpu side and one fan on the other side suctioning air out of the rig. it used to cool it down. oh and i stuck them on using scotchtape cuz i used to travel alot and a screwdriver wasn't allowed on the plane Scotchtape FTW!
