that happened to me a few times too. its when you kill someone and the person joins spectator before the kill message in the top corner disappears.

Lol thats easy.
First you kill the player.
Then the player goes spectator before they disapear from the scoreboard thingy.
And then you got a spectator kill enjoy your screenshot Rolling Eyes
