I found it quite funny when this happened. Someone chucked a urinal at me at the same time I shot the crossbow at him, and it destroyed the urinal. I'm not sure if it stops the bolt, though.

Ah it's little things like this that make me love HL2DM!  Sadly the bolt disappears I think...
Physics based hilarity is always around the corner! A similar thing happened to me ages ago where someone fired an rpg round and I chucked my filing cabinet, which blew the rocket up, carried on and hit the firer.

happens wiv SMG nades to, I have had iinstances of SMG nades colliding with each other n stuff like that, cool when it happens

Frequently when im playing on Server I i fire smg nades and they blow up right in front of me, as physics fly by me

or when you are playing TDM and the second you get a clear shot you fire a smg nade, suddenly one of your team mates appears infront of you, it explodes killing you... very frustrating when playing on Beuz server as it's 24 people server and the place is packed like crazy!

Yes...that often happens in that long passageway on lockdown. That server lags like hell as well, which doesn't help.
I'm pretty sure I've had my smg nades shot as well, which is quite cool.

I recon these strange events are totally bugs. 
It's like the walk through pys box. It happens to me all the time. 
The xbow bolt straight between the eyes that doesn't happen, and, all the rest.
Mind you the urinal is my favorite  physic. I have have a laugh when I take down a "god" with one.
It is, like, the only thing left in the bunker on server one when you need it.
