and we donīt have to, because we are the consumers and you are the producer. the consumerīs critics are important to make something better. if one producer said all bmw cars from now on will be brown and have 3 tires there will be a lot of critics but he can say "what do you know from car manufacturing and design?". then of course everyone will accept the new design and all is fine. or not?

in actuality sadist is an excellent mapper. council is one of my all time favorite maps. there are others with mapping skills and even those without have played enough maps to know what factors have the right feel for a map. noone has been mean, dont get offended, just take everyones suggestions as constructive critizism. if you keep going on the defensive, noone will want to help you and your maps will suffer as a result.

I am touched Embarassed

I downloaded the map, and I see this is a well thought out map with some fun ideas, i like the jump tubes alot. The brushwork is nice and in proportion mostly, although this doesnt matter too much as it is a combine structure.

As for the textures, I agree that if they were scaled down to 0.25 then it would remove the uncomfortable feeling i get from being surrounded by large blocks. It gives an impression of larger map size, although the map itself is not too big at all. By scaling down the textures, the parallax effect is removed and perception of movement through the map will be faster. Which would only heighten enjoyment of playing.

Other than that, i have no problems with this map. Good work.
