Not sure if this merits a ban but in other games and servers it does. The guy in question is (was) called DTO TADOr =NOOB but he's constantly changing his name to insult people. It was friendly fire off server so the way he TKed people was he would fire a rocket at them and switch to the unassigned team before it hit. He would then change back. Like this only he didn't kill anyone :

I was on lockdown for a while today and he was a pain, on the same team pulling out a grenade and switching to unassigned as it blows up and calling them a noob.
