Is there anyway to make a Fatboy Mod Very Happy

Used to be one Unreal Tournament for the Tactical Ops mod, just incase you don't know: -

More Kills you get the fatter your Body get!
More Deaths you get the Skinnier you get!

I always found it hilarious, dunno if there is a way to increase the size of Ragdoll body parts for every kill you get, imagine some of the fat Combines flying around the Killbox lol! More of a dream than a suggestion really but im hoping theres some supa l33t hax0r out there that can do it! Very Happy
