perhaps a kill with an item as ammo or a weapon launch by ggun if player hit is full of it... I don't know in fact...

edit : after a google search, item_item_crate is that and describes here

This item is available sometime on maps, like dm_ravenholmcenter or dm_subculture.
It does react like a breakable crate but with less damage, then killing someone with that require that the victim had a few HP remaining.
