I downloaded and played Capture the Flag the other day, and it's OK, especially this one map - ctf_bedroom. I copied the map from the CTF folder to the HL2: DM folder, and it works just fine. It's a fun map, and you should check it out, although I think one would miss out big time not trying it out on CTF first, since it's really great fun ... blablabla. Check it out.

When you post you have an option at the bottom "Add an Attachment"
Just browse for the map file and then click Add Attachment, and submit.
I will recommend to zip the bsp file with Winzip or Winrar if you have them, if not it's ok.
