Hey! Server XVII down, huh? Frustrating! I had that happen last week with Server XII. Cleared my browser cache and it magically fixed itself. Did you try that?Is it worth playing Geoguessr without a subscription? Personally, I think the limited rounds per day in geoguessr free are enough to give me my fix!
