Another Quake / Unreal twitch shooter, with a kinda similar movement system to Tribez Ascend.

Well I paid and played a few days.

Movement system quite boring, nothing complicated like hl2dm. Just jump, and stamina. Plays more sluggish to hl2dm movement, similar to Tribez, just a bit slower. Stamina is not that strong, and must be used in short bursts, but recovers quickly.

Weaponwize there is 1. Some kind of floating fireball out the arm. You get 4 ammo to shoot, and each shot can be reloaded individually (so you can fire 4, reload 2, shoot another 2). Energy based infinite ammo. Shots travels quite slowly (about 5-7x slower than an xbow arrow) which makes long range movement prediction difficult.

The weapon type changes depending where you are on the map. Standard is the fireball thing with 4 shots.
In buildings and underground its some proximity based fireball that explodes when a opponent gets to close (2 shots).
In certain bunkers it changes to a rail gun type weapon (1 Shot).

Multilayer count is very good, lots of official servers as well as custom. Ive been able to get a full server at any time of the day. Gfx are ok, background music gets a bit tedious, Ive already turned it off.

There are quite a few different map types, but they all center round capture the flag, winner stays on, king of the hill, etc. The maps can look pretty but very standard simplistic level design.

Overall Its fun to play but tbh it'll probably get boring in a few weeks. I've already clocked the movement after 2 days play. If you see it on steam for £6.99 I'd snap it up but a £15.00 its a little expensive for what it is.

Oh I was unaware this was being cooked up. Looks interesting enough, I'll check it out. Thanks StonedCabbage.
