Miss the old days on server I
Hey do you remember in the old days on server I when you could play and it was full almost all the time?
I had a to keep pressing join just to get into the server in the hope someone left so I could grab that space!
And there was always a competition to get to 100 kills before the time ran out. My fave moments were battling with the gravity gun against massif, sometime we exchanged 5-6 times the same object before one of us mistimed it and got hit by a physics.
These days I don't see this server getting played much, why?
Maybe a new killbox map to beat the mighty killbox_v8! I have some good ideas which havent been done before

Hey Borg, yeah I'm good thanks hope you are ok.
Thanks mike this is interesting reading, don't think valve will do it! Maybe hl2dm is less relevant now, but its still the best deathmatch game out there!

The old days of v6-v8 were amazing. Nothing today in hl2dm compares to those days. Even if server I suddenly came back to life with players, a critical component of the map will remain broken; the prop physics that were messed up with the change to the OB engine. _________________
