zoom cross hairs |
|
Hi again everyone.
I just wondered does any one know if its possible to change the colour of the aiming sight when zooming. if so could you tell me how.
The reason I need to do this is not that im colour blind, but when using suit zoom I find it very hard to distinguish where the centre of the cross hair is. Especially in v8 killbox where the background is very light in colour. So if anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated...

no its not, there are people who like the original most, so there is no advantage over other crosshairs, just the personal advantage you can have with the crosshair of your choice.
its possible to change the color, but Iīm not sure if it goes for the suit zoom too.

if you play FPS games enough, you don't even need a cross hair, just aim the center of the screen at your opponents head. I don't get why we can't change cross hairs in the game,i really like the one dot in UT it's nice and simple yet very effective.

Actually, I know some plyers who have done exactly that. They used a small dot of tipp-ex!

I use the Red Cross , it really stands out on most backgrounds. When you zoom though, it changes to white. but i never use zoom so it's not a problem.

Thanks to lawitz for the link to the site above. No you cant change the colour of the cross hair in zoom. BUT you can down load a slightly different one which has thicker lines or some inverted triangles which is much better for those realy long shots.and the design stays the same in zoom or out of zoom LOL
