realy anoying something like that. And more sad is, that always players comes back with second account 
Look this, Steven from Belgium is well known as cheater and always comes back with another account. No one cares... not even VG clan to let him play with their mates. few people have static ips, it would not be an effective means of banning someone if all they need to do is restart their router to get a new dynamic ip and they are no longer banned. _________________  |
