HI a player has been joining TSGK Server VII
and not playing.

The trouble is that if you join you have no one
to play if another player joins he also joins
your team so 2 players have no one to play.

wile waiting for other players to join you get weapons
lay mines collect health packs so when another player
does join they are in for a bad time.

Can you put plugin so players that do this are kicked.
