Download speed is going up and down liek this:
I'm using a wireless usb pen thing (SMC EZ Connect Wireless g thingie)
And also using this: 
To increase the signal strenght and it works but the dl speed goes up n down
wtfhelp plz

You have to consider peer blocker just like an anti virus, it's only as effective as it's last white list, I don't think it stands much of a chance against someone really wanting to look in.
