VAC banned players still able to play?

I thought any VAC ban was rewarded with an automatic ban from TSGK servers? I have a feeling his ban must be MW2 as its the only other game on his list that he played, but has made profile private now so you cant view

dude you should just stfu, u just got tired of me pwning you every time and now u gonna complain and bitch about mw2, the reason i got that ban in the 1st place was not because of me. my older brother bought that game and he some how fucked it up.

and if i would use any sort of cheats my stats wouldn't look like they are now... i got 2 kills for every life. Rolling Eyes

Was the case at the begining until this event happened:

Since then, we took the decision to lift the automatic ban, and let VAC deal with it for now.
But still not a permanent decision.

now that's funny.... you pwning me....... have you even looked at the numbers..... I urge you to look at your stats..... you get 1 kill for every 3 of mine vs you....... I just don't like cheats
