You can ignore them, would mainly happend during a telefrag (player spawning on another player).

Actually something is going on which seems to affect all the weapon, looks like all the weapons are now able to trigger an headshot while in normal time only the hitscan ones could, so the problem you are refering to could be a consequence of this one.
This will be investigated.

Plugin failure after 18/12/10 update |

I think (along with all the other plugins) that the Valve server update from today/last night has made Keeper's plugin kill a server.
Server will start up and look ok, but as soon as someone joins its crashes. I have a server only running keeper so Im guessing its that
[EDIT] we are using VSP 2.0.4

After updating my servers metamod stopped working ,had to update it to the latest version to get it to load up
And now everything is back to normal
Have'nt seen any problems with the plugin as it was metamod not loading that was my problem
Servers are running and headshot sounds work as before

Ive now tried it one 2.0.4 and 2.1.0 both in VSP and now in metamod mode.
Perhaps also worth noting we do use sv_pure as the update effected that and our servers are windows dedicated servers. I have tried with sv_pure set to zero but still no joy

same for me here. tested out both VPS and MM:S on a windows server, with the latest snapshots of MM:S 1.8 and 1.9 branches. crashes the server on player spawn. windows servers have sv_pure set to 0 so it shouldnt be causing the problem.
Linux however seems to be working fine:

Same problem here. With keeper unloaded, works fin. With first spawn, server crashes. Running the latest dev of metamod and the latest keeper.

I found another plugin for hitsounds. It is a sourcemod plugin and as far as I can tell, works perfectly. Of course it doesn't have the added features such ass streak sounds, disabled ringing sound, and others features Keeper Hit Sounds provides. However, if you want to get hit sounds working again, use this plugin.
I figure it will be awhile until Keeper actually fixes his plugin. Though, his plugin is completely broken right now and crashes the server at player join. So, this plugin will be a good alternative until Keeper can find some time to look at his code or make it open source.

Does anybody know a script or command to remove the ringing explosion in HL2DM. I relied on Keeper's plugin to do this for me before. Maybe a quick script I can hook in eventscripts?

Are we NOT going to get an update to the BEST damn sound player ever made for the game or what? You guy's have got to be working on something since the last Orangebox update killed all the servers, and took away our sounds a month ago.

do you know the plyr action code for longest kill & death streak for the actual hlstatsx ce with keeper plugin on server? also how to add swear-o-meter?
does hlstatsx ce support both? bcs longest_kill_streak for example won`t work.
Or maybe our one plugin works not fine. We use the hlstatsx ce 1.6.11 websystem and 1.6.12 server plugin, the latest sourcemod/metamod and keeper plugin 2.1.0.

Swear-o-meter is a php side addition implemented by TSGK, i don't know about the hlstatsx ce feature, maybe it is not part of the options for it.
There is no longest kill & death streak for KP Sound, but you can set unlimited kill streaks and then see which one will be the longuest triggered.

A new version is up.
Change / Additions for v2.2.0:
- Fix crashing issue on windows server.
- Fix join sound.
- Minor bug fixing.
- cfg/dllinfo.kvf must be updated as well.

I wanted my HLXCE stats to give points to players for some of their kill streaks and some of their actions so I added some actions codes to stats. thought Id share it with the public.
you can either add these actions manually one by one via the admin page on HLXCE or you can import the SQL file via phpmyadmin.
before you do that, delete the existing kill_streak actions that are calculated by the HLXCE daemon.

Uploaded the FULL actions list. this will track ALL the default keeper_streaks.txt actions
